Performancing for Firefox

Just testing out a cool Firefox extension that allows you to submit blog entries right within your browser (with the click of a button) and without having to browse to your blog, log in and then type.

You’ve gotta check it out.  Download the extension:  Performancing

Another cool thing…you can also go back and edit your recent posts as well (as I’m doing now).

Other cool Firefox extensions that I use include:

  • Forecastfox (customizeable weather in your status bar)
  • IE Tab (goodbye IE…now I can have you in Firefox.  Yes!  Systematically eliminating the need for the other browser.)
  • StumbleUpon (if I need something to kill time with.  Browse random sites based upon your interest selections)
  • Tab Mix Plus (enhanced tabbing control, including crash recover — you know it happens, so no need to remember what sites you had open)
  • Web Developer (great for well, uh, web developers.  Handy source viewers, validators and other cool tools.)
  • FireFTP (an FTP client right within your browser…one less application I’ll need to use)
  • Wizz RSS News Reader (a great supplement to RSS bookmarks)
  • Google Browser Sync (fabulous tool for having the same browser environment at work, home, and to go on your laptop).
  • FoxyTunes (Listen to music within the browser and controls such media players like WinAmp, iTunes, etc.)
  • BibleToolbar (a cool toolbar a good friend developed, which searches BibleGateway’s API)

Anyway, check ‘em out.  If there are any other cool firefox tools you use, post ‘em here.  I’d love to try ‘em out.
